Update
In This Issue...A month of hearing from experts - feeding cats and dogs

You are receiving this email from Dr. Christina Chambreau because you are passionately committed to having health for your animals, yourself and the planet or because a friend thought you wanted to hear this information.

Holistic Actions! is dedicating the month of May to Nutrition Awareness! As the pet nutrition debate rages on, conflicting information on the internet can make it difficult to know what and how to feed your pet for optimal nutrition, health, and wellness. During May, we will share readily available tools to help you make educated nutrition decisions.

The May Holistic Actions! LIVE webinars will feature these expert speakers:

  • Dr. Jean Hofve will share her best ways to feed your cats and dogs. She will also be sharing all her tips and tricks to make sure your animal is getting a balanced diet
  • Amy Todisco will explore fresh food sourcing and sustainability. She is a nationally recognized green living expert, and now runs an educational and experimental center farm that offers experiences for farm festivals, kids camp programs, and so much more!
  • Billy Hoekman will be speaking with us about the powerful benefits of using fresh and fermented foods to support your pets' diets and how to optimize food vitality.
  • Anita Frazier is the author of The New Natural Cat and has been an advocate for felines since the 80s. We are super excited for her to join us as she shares her expertise on ensuring cats eat fresh foods to help nurture and support them through illnesses. This is a unique opportunity to learn more Anitra's decades of wisdom about cats (everyone is invited to this webinar!)
  • Nutrition month webinars then wrap up with a panel discussion of 5 holistic vets. We'll discuss the most important feeding topics and answer your questions .

If the benefits of Nutrition is a topic you’d like to learn more about, check out our Holistic Actions! memberships or our newest 30-Day Educational Bundle on Nutrition!

April is a good time to paw-s and reflect on our quality of life. How is our energy level affecting our personal wellness? What impact are we having on our animal’s well-being? The next newsletter will talk about the May 14 De-Stress yourself.

When we nourish our bodies we give ourselves the best probability for natural healing. If you are ready to dive into learning the power of nutritional healing, check out these resources!

  • Review the Food Vitality Scale to understand the drastic differences in benefits foods like kibble, freeze dried, or canned food can have on your pets' overall well-being.
  • Take 20 minutes to watch Ihor Basko speak about fresh feeding and the difference between commercial pet food and traditional oriental medicine (you can watch full webinar plus 15 other nutrition webinars if you choose our Nutrition Bundle).
  • Watch a short you tube of me speaking on Best Foods

SUCCESS STORIES
There is no one right way to feed ourselves or the animals in our lives. Changing foods  may completely heal illnesses and increase longevity or more lifestyle changes may be needed.

Dinah, a Persian cat, recovered from multiple health challenges by switching to a fresh food diet.

After coming to one of my course, Gail Pope switched her senior cat rescues to a raw food diet. Over the decades she would have as many as 90 cats adopted at 16 years or older and some lived to their late 20s and one to 34!! Here's her experience with fresh feeding.

Have a wonderful day and hope to see/hear you on our wonderful Monday night webinars this May month.

I want to serve you and your animals so please let me know what you need or want. Pet Health Coaching Appointments can be scheduled here, too. Email HealThyAnimals@aol.com
