EFT is Emotional Freedom Technique and it can help prevent and even heal illnesses for you and your companions.

This free, 10 day summit has several presentations a day, including one by Donna Eden, who teaches a whole energy medicine used for people and animals. This annual World Summit will introduce you if new to tapping, and will give you guidance to start while watching. 

EFT is super easy to learn. By tapping on a few spots you can decrease the anxiety you may feel about making decisions for your animal's health. When you have less stress, your animals can heal better or are less likely to become ill. 

I have even heard success when people tapped about their animals' thunder fears, separation anxiety and more emotional states. 

There is an "emergency" tapping spot on the top of your head. If you were out walking and your dog starts to get aggressive or fearful you could tap that with words about calming down and both of you may do better. Of course, this does not replace training and consistency. 

Day 5 could be very useful if you have a veterinarian who does not support your holistic choices as it is about tapping for better relationships. 

Day 6 is about physical healing. Though they are not speaking about animals, you can use everything they teach and preface your statements with your pet's name and visualize physical improvements. Donna Eden shares other energetic healing approaches on Day 6.
