Healing The Bigger Family -
the whole world
A cure: Our goal is to restore the sick to health according to the founder of
homeopathy.
Who is sick? What is the whole disease? Every atom on the planet – the universe. What is a cure? Quality of life for ALL!
Yes, every atom.
By choosing holistic approaches you are already helping the planet. Food, toxins and loving healp every atom. Watch you tube Holistic Actions and All Paws Pet Talk TV for many on the power of love and energy approaches like covered in March
and April 2023.
For me, a cure is when people and animals are happy with their lives and minimizing their negative impact on the planet.
Intending for for health and well being for all life helps you see ways to improv the world. Pick up litter, listen to a friend in need, open a door, carry groceries, be part of a community supporting each other…. Listen to our animals, plants, stones, water and each other.
Tip one for the planet: think about the impact of each of your decisions on every atom of our planet. There is no one right answer, no correct way to live. Just include all in your decision making.
Does homeopathy/Chinese medicine/Ayurvedic/native American medicine/etc. always cure? Any of these approaches and others I discuss in the newsletter can produce some deep cures, some acute
miracles, some no response. Patience and carefully evaluating all responses (cure, palliation, suppression – scroll down to the Evaluation of Response section in that article), will help you prevent illness and deeply heal your animals and the world.
Hope is a key “If we had no hope – for a cure, for winning the lottery, for falling in love, for the end of war, for being free of abuse, or for
having food, warmth, clothing, and shelter – we would have no reason to go on. What you hope for doesn’t matter, but rather the essence of hope itself.” So says Bernie Siegel, MD. Don't let others puncture your hope.
Tip two – often repeated by me – create a holistic healing
team, a community of
support.
Different Strokes for Different Beings Each person, plant and animal may require different approaches to stay healthy, balanced, productive, contributory, so the team approach is important. Some individuals heal quickly from every condition and other individuals not. Different
modalities help different critters. Others struggle regardless of modality.
No One Right Answer Keeping a positive mindset, gratitude, acceptance, patience as you try different approaches are also keys. You live with your animals 24/7 so you are the best knowing what's happening.
Principles are Key I assert that if everyone learned and followed Hahnemann’s principles these guidelines (with or without remedies) we would have a healthier, saner, safer planet. Hamilton’s Homeopathic Care of Cats and Dogs and Jensen’s Practical Handbook
of Veterinary Homeopathy explain many of the principles.
Start Now. Spirt Like Dynamis and Quantum Energy Science We know that if we can maintain a healthy vital force at the spirit/energetic level,
there will be no illness. Learn one approach. Be positive.
Using Intention and Energy For Better Health - Bio-field physiology The more we spend every moment acting as if our thoughts, feelings, emotions, intentions and love are affecting every molecule around us, the better life for all. Science is proving this. Our pets pick up on our “energy” in more profound ways then we appreciate.
Tip 3: Read about the different energy healing approaches and start NOW learning one of them. Use them daily to prevent problems, then you will remember to use them when acute problems occur and you may be waiting for veterinary care.
BEAM & Early Warning Signs of Internal Imbalance One way to catch early imbalance is to use Dr. Jeff’s acronym BEAM – behavior, energy, attitude, mood – on a regular basis. And look for the Early Warning Signs of Internal Imbalance.
A Few Wise Suggestions for Prevention and Healing
Do a Happy Dance - when your brain/heart brain is happier, animals are happier.
Laugh with your pet 1-5 minutes many times a day
Train your pet 1-5 minutes at a time
Use the Breath Focus on your breath and breathe into the heart and ground to the earth and notice your animal’s breath.
Meditate
Send Love Dr. Beckhoff recommends saying “I Love You” 1,000 times a day, and to focus on how amazing your pet is even if there are problems of any sort.
Communicate Spiritually/intuitively connect and communicate with your pet, listen to them, be grateful to them.
Grounding/Earthing Earthing or grounding transfers healing negative ions. It connects you/your animals to the spirit/energy/ of the planet. It also physically helps the gut and skin microbiomes.
Smelling Snuffle mats (make your own to help the planet), taking a sniffari (slow walk), hiding food or scented objects, catnip, silvervine (more potent for many cats), doing sniffing games inside and more.
Movement Movement that is appropriate for the species, age, breed and any underlying physical conditions is critical for health. Cats also need exercise – mental and physical.
Slowness Pet very slowly and intentionally at times. Move and speak slowly.
Focused Touching Do not just stroke randomly while you think about the next show, the next meal, the next job.
Petting 8 minutes of focused petting releases maximum amount of oxytocin.
Increase Sleep The #1 unmet need of dogs is sleep – deep sleep.
Mental Stimulation Watching episodes of America’s got Talent will inspire you to try new approaches as you watch the ability and love of animals for performing.
Tip 4: Schedule a call with me to discover the next level of health to attain and become a member of Holistic Actions.
